At Salty Captain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coastal-inspired apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original bags.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind while it travels back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
